New Rule New Impact: IPL 2023 start from today 31st March. In this new season of IPL new rules has been introduced in this season of IPL. This new rule has named as impact player rule. In this new rule captain has to declare the playing XI and 4 substitute player at the time of toss. The team has to use the in between of 1to14 overs of the match. In this rule player has been substitute that player do not have been part of the game again. The reporters have ask to delhi capitals team head coach Ricky Ponting he said that this rule have impact on the all rounder of the game. This rule will impact on indian all-rounder. Let see how the team use this impact rules. This is interesting rule this will twist the match.
